As an Advertising & Media Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns for our B2B clients. We specialize in driving growth through targeted campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, and we seek a strategist who can bring both data-driven execution and creative content strategy to the table.

- Develop paid media strategies that leverage data insights to target specific B2B audiences, focusing on high-impact channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
- Tailor creative and content for each campaign, ensuring alignment with the needs and pain points of segmented B2B audiences.
- Adjust campaign targeting and messaging based on performance data to ensure alignment with business goals, using audience insights to refine and iterate.
creative + content strategy
- Collaborate with creative teams to design ad creative that supports campaign goals, balancing engaging visuals with compelling messaging that resonates with B2B buyers.
- Use content strategically, mapping messaging to core content pillars like pain points, objections, social proof, and product insights, as outlined in our ebook.
- Lead A/B testing of ad copy, visuals, and messaging to continuously optimize creative assets and improve engagement.
data-driven optimization + attribution
- Analyze campaign performance, using data to inform both strategic and creative decisions that maximize ROI.
- Leverage third-party attribution tools (such as HubSpot or Marketo) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign results across the customer journey.
- Drive actionable insights from attribution models to help clients understand the real impact of their paid media investments.
client engagement + collaboration
- Partner with clients to align paid media strategies with their broader business objectives, offering insights on how creative and content decisions directly contribute to lead generation and overall success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative output is optimized for performance and tailored to target audiences, reinforcing the importance of content strategy in paid media.
about you
- Proven experience managing B2B campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, with a deep understanding of how creative and content impact campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and deliver insights to clients.
- Familiarity with third-party attribution tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo) for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to craft and test creative strategies that align with data insights and B2B audience needs.
