Dragon360 is a B2B digital marketing agency seeking a Head of Growth to lead growth initiatives both internally and externally. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving business growth and new customer acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and developing customer retention strategies. The Head of Growth works closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, strategists, and client services and marketing teams, to create and execute growth strategies and deliver outstanding results. In addition they are responsible for developing, articulating, and implementing the long-term marketing strategy for Dragon360.
