dragon360 earns hubspot platinum partner status in 9 months

Nine months.

That’s how long it took Dragon360 to go from joining HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program in January 2026 to earning Platinum Partner status, a designation held by approximately 10% of HubSpot’s global partner network.

It’s a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, and one that reflects the expertise, commitment, and hard work of our team, along with the trust our clients place in us every day.

Platinum is one of HubSpot’s higher partner designations, recognizing agencies that demonstrate growth and success in helping clients get more value from the platform. And while we’re certainly excited about the recognition, what makes this achievement particularly meaningful is what it represents for the continued growth of Dragon360 and the organizations we support.

What Does HubSpot Platinum Partner Status Mean?

HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program recognizes agencies and service providers that help businesses implement, manage, and grow with HubSpot.

Partners advance through several tiers, including Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite, based on their performance within HubSpot’s partner ecosystem. Advancement reflects a combination of customer acquisition and the ongoing management of HubSpot business.

For our team, achieving Platinum status is particularly meaningful as we’ve continued to expand our marketing operations capabilities alongside our established advertising strategy, paid media, and creative services.

Another number we’re especially proud of? 95% gross revenue retention.

If you’ve ever been on a call with me or other members of the Dragon360 team, you’ve probably heard us talk about two of the metrics we’re most proud of: 92% of our clients work with us beyond their first year, and our average client relationship lasts more than four years.

That same commitment to long-term relationships carries over to our HubSpot practice. Growing this part of our business is exciting, but continuing to earn our clients’ trust and deliver meaningful value over time is just as important.

And while Platinum status is a recognition of that momentum, it also comes with tangible advantages for the organizations we work with.

What This Means for Our Clients

One of the biggest benefits of advancing within HubSpot’s partner ecosystem is access to additional tools, resources, and support that help us better serve our clients.

As a Platinum Partner, Dragon360 gains deeper access to HubSpot’s partner resources and support, helping our team navigate complex challenges, stay informed on platform developments, and make more effective recommendations.

We also have access to a live HubSpot demo environment, giving us the ability to demonstrate potential solutions and explore different approaches before committing to a build.

That might sound like a relatively small benefit, but for marketing and revenue teams trying to improve their operations, being able to see how something could work before investing the time and resources to implement it can make a meaningful difference.

Whether we’re evaluating automation opportunities, exploring CRM functionality, or helping a team think through improvements to their existing processes, these resources allow us to bring more informed guidance to the table.

Ultimately, that’s what makes the recognition valuable beyond the designation itself. It’s not just about what Dragon360 has achieved. It’s about what that achievement allows us to do for the businesses we support.

Building Stronger Connections Between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue

For years, Dragon360 has helped B2B organizations navigate complex marketing challenges through advertising strategy, paid media, and creative.

But effective advertising doesn’t operate in isolation.

What happens after someone engages with an ad matters just as much as the strategy that brought them there. How leads are captured, qualified, routed, nurtured, and measured can have a significant impact on whether marketing efforts translate into meaningful business outcomes.

It’s one of the reasons we’ve continued investing in our marketing operations expertise and expanding our HubSpot Marketing Ops Strategy & Support services.

Our goal isn’t simply to help clients generate more traffic or leads. It’s to create stronger connections between marketing activities, the systems supporting them, and the sales processes that ultimately drive revenue.

Sometimes that means improving how campaigns and CRM data work together. Other times it’s identifying gaps in lead management, building more useful reporting, or ensuring marketing and sales teams are working from the same information.

For clients running account-based marketing (ABM) programs, that can also mean building custom ABM dashboards that bring together account-level engagement, buying committee activity, campaign performance, and pipeline data. Rather than evaluating individual leads or channel metrics in isolation, marketing and sales teams can see which target accounts are engaging, how that engagement is translating into opportunities, and where additional attention may be needed.

Increasingly, this work requires looking beyond individual channels or platforms to understand how the entire marketing and revenue operation is functioning.

Our growing HubSpot partnership supports that approach, giving us additional resources and expertise to help clients make smarter decisions across their marketing and sales technology.

Nine Months Down. Plenty More Ahead.

Achievements like this don’t happen without the people behind them.

A huge thank-you goes to our marketing operations team, especially Alexis Garrison, our Head of Marketing Operations, for the expertise, dedication, and effort they’ve put into growing this part of our business. And to the broader Dragon360 team for continuing to find new ways to bring more value to the organizations we work with.

Just as importantly, thank you to our clients for trusting us with their marketing, sales, and revenue operations. The relationships we’ve built are a big part of what makes milestones like this possible.

We’re proud to have reached Platinum status in just nine months, but we’re even more excited about what comes next.

And yes, we’ve already got our sights set on Diamond.
